Corporate Day Cruise - up to 24 people
Your corporate day cruise in West Cork with Baltimore
Yacht Charters will be aboard the high-spec yacht Inishbeg.
We split the group (max 24 people) in two with one
half sea kayaking to one of Carbery's One Hundred Islands and visiting
the Seal colony on Spanish Island under the supervision of Jim Kennedy
who runs Atlantic
Sea Kayaking.
The other half of the group join Con Minihane and sail on “Inishbeg”.
If the group prefer easy sailing in sheltered water, we sail up
the Ilen River or among Carbery's One Hundred Islands. For the more
adventurous, we can sail towards the Fastnet Rock. After about three
hours sailing we land on Hare Island and have lunch on board.
At this point Jim's group meet up with us and we swap over groups.
Jim's group make their way back to Baltimore in the kayaks while
the group on Inishbeg have lunch on board. We then sail through
the islands of West Cork before returning to Baltimore.
Jim Kennedy is Ireland's first Level 5 Irish Canoe Union Sea Kayak
Instructor / Coach, Level 5 British Canoe Union Sea Coach and Level
4 River Kayak Instructor / Coach. Jim has raced on the Irish National
Kayaking team at two sprint and two Marathon world championships,
has been Irish & British National sprint and marathon kayak
champion.
